"The room was full of dust, clearly not cleaned or halfheartedly done. Toilet were dirty and no hand soap was available.
Staff were nonchalant and one had severe attitude when I asked why did you need me to hand write my CC details when they were already used for the booking. And i showed it as requested.
The building seemed more like a back packer. TV was old and no option for Netflix or other apps. I felt back in 2000.

"Just completed our annual snow trip to Buller. We stayed in a family room. Big room (for the snow) with breakfast included. Amazing location at the top of Bourke St. Proper ski in/out.
And the Double cheseburger on their menu is legit!
We'll definitely be coming back. "

"Location great, but annoying that there is no place to leave luggage, or even boots when you check out on your final day and want to ski. Absolutely no way to accomodate this situation without lugging your gear to your car, and having to hire a boot locker.
For the price, and our scenario, you're better off booking accomodation that has an on site reception and can cater to this. Otherwise prepare for a lot of mucking around. "
