"Property was very clean. Parking is a little cramped in the day as it is a tourist attraction as well. Breakfast was good. Traditional German style food. Staff was friendly enough. English German and Spanish were all spoken when we were there. Room was very clean. "

"We loved our stay at this beautiful quaint hotel in Pinswang, Austria!There were 4 of us so we got a quad room that slept four. It was very clean and it had everything we needed. The only downside is we got in late and had to be up early to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. It is close to the castles, about a 15 minute drive. They were wonderful to work with and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. I hope to come back some time soon! Thank you for a pleasant experience!"

"This property is exactly as advertised. I found it very nice. The people were nice even though we couldn’t understand each other, communicating was smooth. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because we never got the wifi password. It wasn’t included in any papers or in the room. I didn’t seek it out past that so it may have been easily obtained had I called. Very nice time here, beautiful quiet area. "

"The room was just the right size for the price. However, there is no air conditioning. So, we had to keep the window open, which brought the many bugs in. Outside of the Summer months, this would not be a problem. Worst of all, the sink drain was broken, and evidently not recently. This is unacceptable for any season. "

"This was one of our favorite nights on our 2 week road trip! The owners are SO nice and we felt right at home. There was even a house cat we enjoyed petting since we missed ours back in the US. We walked to a lovely clear lake, crossed the highline 179 suspension bridge, played pool in the basement while having drinks and listening to music. The room was so cozy and homey. Neuschwanstein castle not too far (be sure and book in advance!) Wonderful breakfast. We will definitely be coming back to...
