"The stars of this hotel are definitely the staff members, including Florian who was constantly on the go trying to find ice at nearby restaurants, an iron for us and who also repaired our faulty safe. The painters working in the corridors were simply too loud which took away from the peaceful surroundings paying guests expect. It’s a great location, handy pretty much everything one could want. "We were allocated room 14, this room was in need of a refurbishment in every way, the shower was tiny with no shower wall attachment, although it was clean the carpets were shabby and the room smelt dusty and stale and was very small."

"Really good rooms and decor. Girl on reception very good. Great location for food drink and supermarkets. Great access to motorway would gladly stay again. The Darts bar and the Chinese buffet around the corner are excellent."

"The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful clean room. I was on a motorbike and not a safe area but it had wheel locks for them. Some hotels couldn't risk motorcycle parking because of them getting stolen ."
