"Here’s a Hotels.com-style review with a slightly more detailed, balanced tone:
Disappointing stay with major comfort and service issues
Our stay started off on a concerning note, as we were asked at check-in to leave a positive review in exchange for free sauna access. We were required to post the review immediately—before even receiving our room key—which felt misleading and unprofessional.

"We stayed on the ground floor. The hallway and room had moldy smell. We had to open the window to try clearing up the smell, but still didn’t help. The front desk lady during check-in was not friendly at all. She seemed to hate her job, no smile on her face and not interested in answering questions. The bathroom was extremely small. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...
