"We had a bad experience with bed bugs; the sheets on the bed had not been changed before our arrival; the toilet seat was not attached and the shower soap dispenser was empty. When we reported the bed bugs to reception they immediately blocked the room for future bookings and contacted a pest control specialist. Housekeeping is clearly an issue."

"I did not like that parking arrangements. You have to park the car up the road at one of the other hotels the inconvenience with luggage and stuff the rooftop Restaurant et cetera was closed and I think some of the staff doing the breakfast were not really up to hygiene one member of staff handed me us a spoon holding the end. I’ll put in my mouth so I had to wash it, I didn’t really think the hotel come up to the standard of previous ibis hotels we have stayed in."

"J ai beaucoup aimé le mobilier et la déco des années 70. Grande chambre avec balcon et vue. Malheureusement ambiance un peu triste quand nous sommes arrivés. Grand hotel qui semble vide de vie. Point positif, petit déjeuner correct, sympathie, parking. Point négatif piscine laissée a la abandon."
