"The hotel itself represents beautiful 1970s architecture. Unfortunately, the hotel is in very bad condition. The rooms are in original condition. Beds extremely uncomfortable. No aircon. Food in restaurant and during breakfast was disgusting."

I check with a friend of mine who stayed the same night at the hotel and his room was fine. Other than that it was great and if i forgot to mentioned it was below freezing point outside. "

"Hotel was inexpensive but dated and old and not like what the photos show. Staff was friendly but confusing that the checkin office is several blocks away on a different street than the hotel. There was no towels provided so had to use a bed sheet instead, and when I did found the bed to have bad stains. Again, a sign of an old hotel in need of major renovation. "

"Paikka on Friitalan nahkatehtaan johtajan entinen asunto, mikä näkyy hulppeissa tiloissa. Johtajan toimisto oli aamiaisen ruokasalina. Huonekalut arvokkaita vanhoja kokopuisia ja ilmeisesti pellavaliinat pöydissä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja runsas, vaikka montaa hotellivierasta ei ilmeisesti ollut. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja huone käytiin näyttämässä henkilökohtaisesti. Jos odottaa huippumodernia paikkaa, niin tämä ei ole sitä, mutta vuonna 1939 rakennetusta johtajan asunnosta huokuu...

"Huoneistossa oli kaikki tarvittava. Pelkistetty kalustus. Siisteys oli kunnossa ja minua miellytti, ettei huoneisiin oltu kerätty liikaa ylimääräistä rekvisiittaa keräämään pölyä. Olohuoneen sohvan ergonomia ei paras mahdollinen. Kaksoisvuoteessa yhteinen liian pehmeä tai huonokuntoinen patja. Tämä teki nukkumisesta rauhatonta. "
