"staff are very pathetic. rooms are not at all good. There are no buckets under the taps in the lavatory, and there are no water spray guns inside either. There was poor room cleaning, and the air conditioner did not provide adequate cooling throughout the night. I spent just 5 hours in the hotel, then vacated. I paid an extra 200 rupees for booking at the hotel after I paid the total amount online. The worst experience is that they are not attending the calls after booking. "

"I have just one complaint about the TV which did not have any paid channels, just wondering, being in AP, couldn't watch Gemini, ETV, MAA, it just plays free channels like ACT. Staff is friendly, busses to Tirumala can be boarded just opposite to the hotel, many shops are available closeby."
