"Was actually quite pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had originally booked it because it was one of the cheaper rates compared to a few other nearby hotels. Ended up liking this place better than one of the nearby Hyatt properties I also stayed at on this trip. Was able to check in quite early which was a great surprise especially considering I know the hotel was fully booked the previous night. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable, but also well-decorated and had some charm to it. Nice...

"Great hotel very close to the airport! Hotel was very quiet despite the proximity to the airport. Staff were very accommodating, hotel was very clean, has all the amenities you need and shuttle from airport arrived within minutes of us calling it. Furthermore, if you are going on a cruise, they have a very affordable shuttle to bring you to the port."

"This place is awesome! People hang out in the big lobby that’s set up with tables & chairs. The coffee is free all day & night. The free breakfast was great! They have several waffle irons & a pancake machine, grits, eggs, sausage , good biscuits and gravy, juices & of course good coffee. It was half the price of the hotel we stayed at on our first night & way more fun. I very highly recommend them."

"The bathtub was not draining, so I contacted the front desk. The lady there advised me to be patient until tomorrow morning when a maintenance guy would be available. They couldn’t even offer an alternative solution, like moving us to another room or providing compensation. Finally, a maintenance guy arrived a few hours later and fixed the problem. He did a great job. On the other downside, there were also a few minor malformations in the room."
