"The apartment itself is great —clean, beautifully furnished, and ideally located right by the Slovenian border for further exploring. Plus, the price is very fair and the complimentary breakfast treat basket was a wonderful energy boost in the morning!
However, the check-in process was a bit of a thriller. At 3pm (official check in time) I still hadn’t received any check-in details. Communication through the Hotels.com app failed, so I had to call the host directly. That’s when I found out about...
"Under min senaste vistelse på hotellet upplevde jag en rad problem som verkligen påverkade min upplevelse negativt. Lekrummet var under renovering, vilket gjorde det omöjligt för barnen att använda det. Utomhusrestaurangen var stängd, och duscharna vid poolen var borttagna. "Lovely hotel in a beautiful vineyard. Very peaceful, good restaurant, helpful staf: we took a wine tasting and also a massage - really good. Would return."
"Great, peaceful pension. The room is classically decorated and the bed is huge and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind, they serve nice breakfast and three course dinner for extra charge. There's beautiful big garden with hammocks and benches to relax on sunny days"
"Our stay at this apartment was superb. Well appointed studio accommodations, easy drive to visit the thermal spas all around. Highly recommend this to others to use as a home base to explore this part of Slovenia!"
