"Upon check-in, I discovered that the room provided did not match the photos shown online. Below is a detailed account of the issues I encountered: 1. *Room Cleanliness*: The floor was visibly dirty, with dust and dirt marks throughout the room. 2. *Wall Condition*: The walls showed signs of dampness, and the wallpaper near the bed was covered with mold. I have serious skin sensitivities, and the mold exposure caused me headaches and cold symptoms. 3. *Bedding*: The bedsheet had visible blood...

"I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. It is super dirty and humid. The room has no windows. The kitchen staff are loud and it is impossible to sleep. It is in a very inconvenient area that is not near anything. I arrived at this hotel and could not stay there. I checked out that day and now they are refusing to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE."

"It was terrible experience and had to wait for 1 hour to check in and later the TV did not work. I was told to wait for 10 mins which eventually was 2 hours and when i went down to reception the hotel person had not informed anyone on it and again they had to find alternate room to allocate me. So overall i had to wait for 3+ hours in order to get a proper room."
