"Basic comfortable hotel in a good location"

"Nice hotel with everything one need and good for the price"

"We had an amazing time at the hotel. We would definitely stay here next time. "

"Aldiyar hotel was great. It's close to the center of the city, it's got great rooms, a great restaurant, and a lovely swimming pool. Staff are helpful and quite pleasant. Highly recommended for a stay in Nizwa."

"Spacious, comfortable room(s). Staff very welcoming and helpful Great value for money and a great location to explore the local area"

"The hotel is ideally placed at the entrance to the Jabal Akdhar region. It has small but well apointed grounds featuring a guitar shaped pool, a raised boat shaped seating area and a play area for the children. "

"Sama Wakan Heritage Home interesting place for one or two resting days. Traditional Omans Village Rooms was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly especially on the first evening, when we come. "

"Stedet fremstår pænt på “overfladen” eller ved første øjekast. Men det trænger virkelig til en omgang, både renoverings- og rengøringsmæssigt. Det er ret synd, for det har rigtig meget potentiale til at blive et fantastisk sted. Udsigten er helt unik, og konceptet med de små hytter er også genial. "Personally, I think this hotel was overrated. This hotel, over all, was way below my standards. The price was good but that only thing really good about this hotel."

"Hotel.is located in amazing place with amazing view, weather is cold and freshing, very good resturant near by."

"Cheap, big rooms. Nice pressure on the water. Friendly staff."

"A little run down hotel but nice clean bed and bedding. Quality meets price. A little difficult hot water system"

"Very good property nice bedroom nise furnished Also very good place no traffic "

"The apartment was not available when we arrived in Nizwa. I had called the landlord the day before to confirm the 3 rooms, I had reserved. I had asked for late check-out, as we wanted to hike in the mountains and hoped to take a shower in the late afternoon before heading back to Muscat. Everything was confirmed to be told the next day that my confirmation through Expedia had been cancelled because Expedia is a bad company. We had to find a alternative accommodation, when is was already...

"Good: Proper rooms for a reasonable price. Beds have good quality linnen. The restaurant in the same building has a variety of good quality food for a very reasonable price. The people are friendly, especially the man from.Srilanka at the reception and the Nepalese man in the restaurant. Hotel is at walking distance from Niswa. Bad: The tour guide provided by this hotel is not good. I lost a lot of money for a tour to the dessert and Sur. It turned out that these guys didn't know anything...
