"Liked that the cleaning crew worked around my needed time in the room. Did not like the lack of amenities that I had when I stayed in the Ilunion 4 - I realized after booking that there were different room "levels" that would have given me more amenities, such as a fridge in the room and a couch - lesson learned for next time. I also liked the "welcome water" in the lobby every day."
