"Mixed review as the location of the hotel is excellent with the beach nearby and beautiful views of Isola Bella. The swimming pool was also nice and very much appreciated. However the hotel is very dated and in dire need of upgrades in many areas. Lowest quality beds, sheets, and pillows. Tiny showet and thin, rough, bath towels, etc.
Some of the the daytime staff were very helpful and friendly, however the night manager was rude and unhelpful
Only recommended if you want a low budget hotel...

Hotle very clean, with very comfortable rooms that are on the smallish side but more than adequate for a night or two. "Hotel Condor front desk staff were just amazing (two ladies) who went above and beyond arranging tours and providing very helpful information. The location was great and all of the amenities including a tasty daily breakfast served by lovely ladies on the rooftop. The location was perfect with many attractions and dinner options close by within walking distance. Would highly recommend."
"The caretaker was wonderful and so friendly. When our arrival was highly disrupted by Etna spewing ash causing our flight to be diverted to Trapani causing us to arrive at 6am instead of 10pm, he was very welcoming and reassuring throughout the process.
