"The manager and staff were super nice which is really what made our stay. They went over and beyond to make us comfortable. The facilities are average but some of it does need an update as the A/C units are really loud and the curtains aren't in great condition. Also the Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms and so to use Wi-Fi you need to go to the common area which in the evenings gets a TON of mosquitoes so that wasn't idea. But the pool was nice and landscaping was well-maintained. "

"Our rooms were disgusting, so much so that we ended up not paying. There was a new manager one week into his job, he was very apologetic but could do nothing about the multiple issues. The room was full of insects, furniture falling apart, we had a lamp with no electric cable attached, it looked like the rooms had been added to the building at a later date and work was still going on. The stairs up had electric wires hanging out and dangerous drops where railings should be protected by nailed on...

"We enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we were told it was not possible to stay because we only had one room booked, when I showed printouts of our booking with two rooms they found a second tent at the far side of the site for the first night and moved us next to each other for the second night. Thankfully our sons are adults so it didn’t really matter. The pool was closed for maintenance which was a shame! The bbq dinners were excellent, everyone sat around the campfire at tables. The tents were comfortable with showers, toilets and electric sockets. There is a plug in mosquito repellent and we didn’t get bitten at all so it must have worked!"
