"Hotel is nice in general but not a high star hotel. Lobby a good bit the room was a bit congested with low level beds. Coffee ordered through room service arrived afte lt a couple of reminders and 30 mins later. Breakfast wanted to charge for bottled water or else was tap water, which was not a choice for foreign guests. Bottled water must be just given like they did in the rooms. "

"Great location. The top floor room had a surprisingly good view of the godavari river. Front desk staff was not welcoming and the check in process was slow. Restaurant food was good but expensive. "

This time, however, I had a locker (safe) that did not work, and I complained 3 separate times to a female employee at the desk, with no action resulting. Finally, my Indian friend talked to the desk staff about it in Telugu, and they sent someone up to fix it."

No re recreational facilities like rain dance, some music, barbeques etc. it is a remote place hence hotel should plan some events for guests. Persons getting up early morning doesn't have e facility for tea and coffee till 8 pm or else they have to drink powder tea via tea maker. "

"It was the worst hotel experience I ever had. Receptionist gave trouble asking for local ID and so many details claiming that he would have to report to the local police department because I have a foreign passport. Needed a room with two beds but as I couldn’t find such an option, I booked two rooms with single beds. When we went to the rooms one of them had two beds essentially wasting our money for one extra room. One of the rooms had an odor and it took hours for it to go or maybe I got...

"Booked for 1 night 18-19 July 2015. I called up hotel management before travel for confirmation and it took some time, maybe an hour. The room had good facilities and it was clean, but needs more maintenance. They had 2 restaurants and food was OK as it was expensive. Checkout was horrible as they asked to pay whole amount even after paying on expedia online. I had to connect the staff with expedia customer care for every booking related clarification.
