"This is a pleasant 3* hotel. Room was fine, but nothing fancy. Our room had a balcony. Parking is under the hotel, and can be reached by the elevator. Hotel is well located - about a block (through a "tunnel") from the central square. Room could have used more lighting. Desk clerk (Lucia) very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again."

"Clean room, friendly staff, convenient parking. "

"Brand new property that is well maintained and full of amenities. I stayed in the “Punk” room and it was really a fun place. The contact person was great and responded immediately on the few questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Lovely little hotel in a lovely part of town surrounded by gardens and a lake, all floodlit at night. Large comfortable room. Good meals. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here "

"The hotel is beautiful. Zuzka was wonderful. She was patient, very efficient, kind and her English is excellent, which we really appreciated. Thank you again Zuzka! Hope to see you again! Jessica and the USA band Vio-lence. "

"Sehr sauber, Personal und vor allem die Besitzerin extrem nett und hilfsbereit"

"Very basic. Tried to charge us again at check in despite pre payment "

"The person in charge was really nice with us"

"Excellent escape, a hidden gem. Great views and great starting point for your exploration of mountains and culture. Amazing value."

"Clean, modern amenities. Very quiet in the middle of the mountains. "

"THE WORST PLACE EVER IN MY LIFE! In the morning I noticed that I got bitten by a bug. But I never knew what it was. I went back to my home and for few weeks I found my skin is so itchy, and I found the bed bugs. This ruined my weeks and it cost a lot to call the expert to disinfect everything at my house. I am 100 percent sure that it came from here because I have never exprienced this before. JUST DONT GO THERE."

"Everything in the house looks and feels brand new. Excellent heating, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. "

"Very nice place "

"This was a great place to stay. Easy access to hiking; near the bus stop; clean and well-maintained. The staff helped us with our requests. Glad I chose this one."

"Brand new appartment, large and comfortable, nicely furnished. Very clean. Comfortable bed with high quality bedding. Kitchen equiped with good amount of dishes, dinnerware and glassware sets. Large bathroom with corner shower, had also washing mashine which was very handy. Had balcony with a nice view of the creek. Location is great, walking distance to grocery stores, spas, Aquapark, restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much. While breakfast was included with the stay, I do not recommend it....
