"The room was clean and tidy but needs some touch ups with the paint peeling on the ceiling and air con plug. It gives hostel vibes.
The staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is located in a nice spot handy to restaurants and cafes"
"Liked everything about it.
Conveniently located 10 minutes from airport hourly shuttle..Pristine facilities. Gourmet restaurants. Friendly staff. Definitely 5 star"
"This hotel needs an urgent renovation. The rooms seem stuck in the 1970s. They claim to have AC in the rooms but you actually have zero control over it. They send the same air to the whole building. I had to sleep with my window open so I could get some cold air. If you’re from the US and used to central AC that you can control, this hotel is absolutely not for you. The bathroom is worn out and feels dirty. Stay somewhere better."
FUNCIONARIOS AMISTOSOS E PRESTATIVOS CINCO ESTRELAS. CAFÉ BASTANTE BOM E ATENDIMENTO MARAVILHOSO , TODA A EQUIPE 10. DEIXO DE NOMINAR PARA NAO ESQUECER ALGUEM E COMETER. INJUSTIÇA. BEM LOCALIZADO E ATENDIDO . UNICO ITEM A MENOR FOI A LIMPEZA DA PISCINA DEIXOU MUITO A DESEJAR. AS BORDAS ESTAVAM IMUNDAS BASTANTE SUJAS. O GUARDA VIDAS 10 O ATENDIMENTO DO RESTAURANTE 10 O CASAL E PRIMEIRA LINHA."
"The room was very small but well distributed. I was missing one nightstand and some chair to use the desktop. The shower had good pressure and there was always hot water. The AC worked great. The floors seemed always dirty and there was a sock underneath the bed which did not belong to us. Helpful staff and good location"
"I spent 11 nights at the Palacio Paz Hotel. The central location is excellent and made exploring Buenos Aires incredibly easy. A huge shoutout to the front desk staff; they were exceptionally nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay.
However, the property feels like a standard hotel rather than a boutique experience, and it needs a general upgrade to refresh the rooms and facilities.
The breakfast was decent, adequate but nothing out of the ordinary. We didn't use the restaurant...
