"La ubicación es inmejorable . Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero decentes . No hay ascensor ,aunque figure que si tienes que subir una planta para acceder a el . No tiene aire acondicionado . Pero es verdad que nos dejaron un ventilador muy amablemente alguien de recepción de la noche al ver qué nos estábamos cocinando . Está parcialmente reformado .
Pero estuvimos sin TV desde el primer día hasta nuestra marcha total 6 días . Y nadie hizo nada para solucionarlo por más de que fue informado...

"Fantastic stay in the center of Santa Cruz. We were traveling with a 3 month old so the small kitchen was a great perk. The staff is very thoughtful and had the room prepared with a crib and baby chair. The rooms were airy and light. I would absolutely stay here again."
"Situado al lado de bares, restaurantes, tiendas.... se duerme bien, lugar céntrico y tranquilo, cerca de la playa, personal muy amable, el hotel es viejito y necesita alguna reforma de pintura, pero los apartamentos están muy bien, la limpieza de las habitaciones es diaria y muy bien, no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque estaba en obras, pero nos dieron la opción de ir a otro complejo si queríamos usar otra piscina, asique la experiencia en general muy buena."
"Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicación y que había huéspedes tanto nacionales como extranjeros. Además, a diferencia de otros alojamos en los que hemos estado, la habitación tenía muchos espejos y el baño, aunque era estrecho, tenia suficientes baldas y colgadores. AC de 2 intensidades. El personal era muy amable y atento (limpieza, comedor,..) supermercado, farmacia, estación de guaguas=autobuses al lado.
Lo que menos me gusto fue la habitación y la “cocinita”. La nuestra no estaba reformada....
"The room was nice and spacious, the balcony was immense with 2 sunloungers on, parasol, tables and chairs. The only real downside was the lack of air con, but there was 2 fans in the room. The hotel was nice ( could do with a lick of paint in areas ) but in general, good value for the price. Good location ( opposite the church )"
"I really want to thank Fabian, the front desk staff, for alll his help. From the moment I arrived (well past midnight) he was friendly and incredibly helpful.
He was incredibly attentive and even noticed my birthday was the next day and arranged a wonderful happy birthday celebration at breakfast (even though he wasn't working that day).
Fabian and the breakfast staff made my holiday and I cannot thank them enough.
