"Very good value, almost new interior, lovely rooms and a great balcony (although could have been better with some chairs for the balcony). Would definitely stay here again as location was very central and loads of nice restaurants and bars on your doorstep in the San Salvario area."

"Great hotel, had everything we needed and a great location next to Porta Nuova station. Our room faced onto an internal courtyard, so there was no street noise. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely with a good selection of food. Very friendly and helpful staff. They let us leave our luggage after we checked out. Free croissants available all day in reception."

"Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Hotel was worn looking, particularly in the hallways. Road noise was quite loud from our 1st floor room. "

"basically good but air conditioning inoperative with excuses about ambient temperature (the average daily maximum was around 75F and with the sun on the windows in the afternoon A/C was needed) the new control panel only operated to HEAT the room when the thermostat exceeded 80F! - for this reason I would not stay again from May to October- however gr8 brekky, not noisy despite having room on 1st floor looking on to street comfy bed and efficient shower. wonderful antique lift which worked...

"No complaints, good service, nice room with a lovely view. The tv had all smart features disabled which was disappointing (as meant couldn’t watch Netflix ect even though was a smart tv), and there weren’t any recycling facilities, but otherwise no suggestions for improvement. "

"Reception is modern, but rooms are old fashioned and tired looking…could do with a spruce up, e.g. flaking paint on bathroom ceiling, wonky shower doors, non working extraction fan."

"Roma were extremely clean, bed & bathroom where comfortable and water was hot. The AC on the room was not working, so I asked the staff and they politely offer a fan. Jacuzzi can be used but only when paying additional money."
