"Great location for getting to Murrayfield. Helpful and friendly staff. Amazingly we didn’t hear the wedding parties in full swing both nights we were there (my heart sank initially when I saw them). Rooms were nice and clean although could’ve done with some extra deep hoovering at the carpet edges next to wall. Would recommend. Particularly the staff. They were great. "

"Was staying on my own for 1 night. Only paid about £70 with breakfast. Ended up with the regal suite in the annex building. Well impressed. 4 poster bed (wasted on just me) jacuzzi bath, log fire’ iron and board, robes. Fantastic for the price. "

"Found hotels in the centre of Edinburgh very expensive so travelled 10 miles or so out to stay here. Pleased I did. Lovely hotel with clean, modern and stylish rooms with lots of nice touches (took a photo of the bathroom so I can copy it if we ever redecorate!). Service very good throughout my stay. Really good food - my breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate! I've made note to definitely stay here again when I'm next in the area."

"We needed a room for the night and this hotel had the perfect location. The train station was less than 5 minute walk. That is the only benefit, the hotel was old, cracks in doors, you can hear every movement from the upstairs room, and mold in shower. I wanted to get a drink but bar always seemed closed. Overall great location but terrible facilities. "

"Lovely convenient hotel next to the motorway, room was fantastic, big, clean with a very large bed. Only downside is that it’s advertised as breakfast included and it was only a few pastries, fruit and a choice off 3 cereals. There were tea/coffee but you had to make everything yourself as the whole dining room was unmanned. Shame really and shouldn’t be advertised as breakfast included. Only had apple juice cartons in fridge, no orange juice. The only time we seen anyone was when we arrived and...

"The outside is gorgeous and has really cute grounds, just an immediate good vibe. We ended up with a room much larger than expected - it felt very luxurious! The inside decor was all quite nice as well. The employee there was so helpful and kind. Just an overall really lovely experience!"
