"Esperienza traumatica, all'arrivo il titolare ci ha aggredito verbalmente invitandoci ad allontanarci in quanto non aveva prenotazioni a nostro nome. Dopo una lunga discussione in via eccezionale dal suo punto di vista ci ha concesso di dormire in una singola, in luogo della suite prenotata, invitandoci a provvedere ad un secondo pagamento allo stesso prezzo nonostante il tutto fosse già stato saldato al momento della prenotazione tramite Hotels. Nessuna richiesta di documenti e registrazione...

"I arrived for a two days reservation and request to cancel the second day. The persons in the lobby told me that was ok and I will received a refund.
The refund was never sent and they request the name of the attendant.

"Wonderful hotel, full of character and so quiet. The room was clean with a modern on suite and all the usual safety features that you would expect in a much den hotel. We could have spent all day looking at the very old Spanish decoration of the hotel.
We had breakfast and was made very welcome with a very high spec continental spread. Highly recommended."
