"Very helpful staff and better staffed."

"Very great stay , so good that we are returning next week to same hotel. Excellent location. Clean. Staff super friendly, had the Pleasure to meet Jake the manager, which was a gentleman and helpful. Also left our luggage with hotel concierge, while we travel a few Philippine Islands. Great job highly recommend this hotel!"

"“Had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient. Overall, a great experience with good value for money. A few minor improvements like guest parking available could make the stay even better. Would definitely consider staying here again!”"

"The rooms are clean and quiet even if we stayed at a room on the 5th floor facing Pedro Gil st. The staff are all nice and helpful. The house cleaning staff are wonderful and kept our room clean and in order. The cafe has good food and servers are awesome. It's a 5-minute walk to the light rail station and to the Robinson's mall."
