"Good location, nice property with a small garden. Our room was up 3 flights of stairs (no lift) but we travel light so that wasn't a problem for us. Room was comfortable, clean, had lots of natural light, and the bathroom was nice. Good continental breakfast in the morning (for an additional fee) that included eggs to order. Good value for price paid. "

We took a walk and found an amazing spot for dinner just down the street—honestly the best meal of our whole trip. Breakfast at the hotel was quick, tasty, and just what we needed to start the day. It's a charming little place, and we'd definitely stay again if we're in the area!"

"My stay here was fantastic! The staff especially Claren were super nice and so helpful with directions and places to visit. He was just amazing! We loved the food they served at their restaurant. The pizza and chicken strips were delicious! If you stay in Belfast stay here and I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did! The beds were super soft and everything was clean. It’s also super close to the Ulster museum, Queens University and the Botanic Gardens. "

"We were able to get a free parking spot on the street which was very nice. Check in was incredibly easy. The beer was very welcome. Only issue which would probably rarely be an issue for anyone else was the unseasonably warm weather, no air conditioning, and the windows would not open. There was a small fan that helped. "
