"I liked our room with the view of the harbor. It could have been cleaner. Our room had toilet paper, liquid soap, and two towels. There were no cups, glasses, tissues, hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, or lotion. No USB ports. Talk about sparse! Good thing it was only one night and inexpensive."

"The location and staff for this hotel were very good. After touring the entire city it became clear that this hotel is in the best location. The staff was always very helpful. We had one tour scheduled to start early in the AM so the staff was eager to prepare a breakfast for us to eat in our room as their breakfast time did not start until 8:30. "The hotel can not be reached by car(Uber) as they have to stop as the end of the road it’s a pedestrian road, so you have to take your cases down the end of the road which was fine for us but if you are less mobile this hotel would not be good for you as it has no lift. The benefits outweigh the positives , great views from rooftop bar and restaurant; very clean and staff friendly. I would suggest you use Uber , it’s easy and a lot cheaper than the hotel booking you a taxis to the cruise port. "

"The only thing that i didn't like was that went they washed the pool area, a lot of water fell on our balcony which wet everything we had there. "

"Had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast in Viña del Mar, Chile. It's super clean and comfy. Big shoutout to Jose for the excellent customer service. "The renovations to this property were well done. There is an elevator, however they have two beautiful staircases. The location is across the street from a beautiful museum, great views, and a few restaurants to choose. They also can arrange for transportation from Santiago airport to the hotel, as well as work with tour operator to provide custom tours of the city and surrounding area."

"Do not prepay this hotel, I prepaid through Expedia and when I got there they claimed I was supposed to pay directly at the hotel, and had no records that I had already paid. I was allowed to check in without paying again, but they still took my credit card for additional expenses (in case I use the minibar or restaurant) 5 days later they still have not reversed the pre authorization in my credit card for $100 Usd. Hotel is clean but events downstairs create a noisy environment"
