"Clean room, reasonably priced. We were a family of four so had two adjoining rooms which worked fine."

"Alles bestens"

"Easy to find"

"Hôtel très confortable. Le personnel est très agréable. Une petite remarque serait peut-être le choix des oreillers un peu volumineux et qui ne conviennent pas forcément à tous en raison de leur épaisseur ( mais c'est un détail mineur!)."

"Basic but adequate. Bathroom the worst element… toilet paper holder that wouldn’t stay closed and shower curtain on a compression rail that fell down a couple of times - we were only there one night! Breakfast fine. Beds very comfy. Seemed expensive for the quality. Communal areas very nice."

"All good, good location. Lovely breakfast and easy to park."

"Good location for our purposes, good well presented hotel, staff efficient and helpful, breakfast ok but peak times could benefit from closer monitoring of available foods"

"The staff were friendly and the hotel in general was clean, but could have done with some general maintenance to the building. Breakfast was lovely and fresh both mornings we were there. The train station into Brussels city center was a 10 minute walk and there were local restaurants within walking distance."

"Personnel souriant, disponible et agréable (Réceptionnistes, petit-déjeuner et service de chambre). Chambre spacieuse, calme, propre. Vue agréable sur le lac au petit-déjeuner. Nous y reviendrons."

"Im Badezimmer waren Spinnweben in der Deckenbeleuchtung. Das Fenster hatte auch schon bessere Tage gesehen."

"Let's start with the positives: 1. Staff friendly and helpful 2. Great central location 3. Nice breakfast 4. Very lively restaurant (in a good friendly way) However... The beds are TERRIBLE! The king size ones are two singles put next to each other, mates toppers smaller than the mattresses and one sheet. Awful. To make it worse, sheets feel like paper and below that there's a plastic sheet making your night squishy and sweaty. We moved to a smaller queen size bed and at least it was one bed...

"Chateau Tilques is located a few miles north of Saint-Omer in a small village. The Hotel comprises a Chateau style hotel and grounds, with an external annex of rooms of some size. I stayed in the annex which was comfortable and well decorated. Some minor issues were irritating. The key-light master switch by the door was hard to locate and too complex to insert the key card to turn on the electricity in the room. Trying to do a fiddly task in the dark is irritating. There was no proper light...

"Accueil très sympas. Chambre propre et agréable. Petit déjeuner parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel"

"Très bel hôtel, bien situé et calme."

"This hotel is in an amazing location. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptional. We had had a very long day driving in from Caen in horrible weather and delayed due to an accident shutting down the highway. The gentleman at the desk was so kind and friendly. He was able to get us a dinner reservation when everything in town was booked solid. Just spectacular customer service. Also, if you're looking for a great dining experience, 'T Zweerd was excellent."

"Room was spacious, lovely view. Warm and comfortable . Good shower"
