"Prior to booking, it is helpful to remember that this is a 3-star hotel. With that being said, it is a rather solid 3-star hotel. My family of 4 stayed in 2 different rooms for 5 nights, and it was an overall comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, the view of Chania was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had many selections which changed daily, the free laundry room was helpful as we were staying in Chania during the latter half of our trip, and the shuttle service was...
"The room and grounds are very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is still undergoing renovation regarding lighting so our room was all or nothing with lights. It was a little noisy in the morning as there is not much materials to absorb sound but not really a big deal. The person at the front desk was amazing. So helpful in booking a tour for us and also providing recommendation on things to see. The beach is a touch rocky in front the hotel area, but we were still able to get in...
"Perfect stay with my daughter for few days. Staff are so friendly and helpful all the time. Can’t fault the whole experience. The only thing I’d pick on was the smell in the toilet in our room, it’s probably due to the sewage system. The stafff came to attend and fix the smell every time we raise the issue.
It’s really been a great escape ."
"We had an amazing stay at Erato. The flat was in good condition and clean! All the employees were kind and helpful. We had cleaning service everyday. The hotel is located just in front of the beach. Perfect location. The pool area is amazing as well. We also had a parking spot. Everything was perfect and we couldn't expect anything better. Give a 10/10 for the amenities and staff as well. Will come back definitely!"
"The villa was nice and spacious .The breakfast was not very good. The fruit looked stale .Nothing was appealing and coffee was always cold .The old man doesn’t speak English .Very hard to communicate"
