"This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night."

"For those looking for a nice and quiet place near Puigcerda. There is absolutely nothing at Age. No bar, no supermarket, no restaurant, nothing... Puigcerda is a 30-45 minute walking. However, you need a car because walking on the road is neither easy nor safe. Therefore Cal Marrufes location has problems and advantages. Excellent service, good breakfast and, what is very precious coming from Barcelona, SILENCE."

Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. "The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"The apartment overall was nice and clean enough, however the service we received from the group managing the hotel was appalling. They don't speak a word of English, the drive to pick up the keys is 25 minutes, When we reported that there was water leaking on the floor, the washing machine not even plumbed I , and the pillowcases FAR too small for the pillows provided, we received no response to our three emails , even though we emailed within their specified 48 hr time frame.
