"The hotel was fine for the one night I stayed, but no more. In the room was a very loud-blowing cooling/heating unit. Nothing was adjustable, not even turning off or down the fan. The doors to the bathroom were French doors, which was an odd construction for the space. The paint from the doors was chipped and worn. "One star, and I wish I could give less. From check-in onward, the front desk staff were stone-faced, monosyllabic, and visibly stressed — not a single welcoming word. My reservation included breakfast, yet at check-in the front desk neither handed me a breakfast coupon nor mentioned that one was required. When I asked about it the next morning, instead of a simple apology, the agent flipped the situation around and blamed me for not asking for the coupon at check-in. That is not customer service...
