"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."

"The listing is misleading. The fact that there is no elevator and no one to check you in is hidden in the fine print very well. Expedia did nothing to assist with this issue and even one agent was snarky enough to say: you should have read the whole listing.
