Sometimes, a great experience can be disrupted by someone that’s not happy making the job, like in this case one of the person of the front desk. That person wasn’t helpful and neither smiling. When you are traveling for leisure you’re looking to relax and having a great time. So having an encounter with someone that is not having it can be a bit not so cool.
