"great hotel and helpful staff- breathtaking views of the lake and plaza de armas"

"Effective and pleasant customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Excellent location in the middle of the town - one block from the main street (Bernardo O'Higgins). Serviced and large clean room."

"Lieu au calme "

"Very nice hotel with very nice view."

"Lovely hotel, awesome location I really appreciated being able to relax in the garden/ pool area and restaurant after check out"

"The hotel is very clean and in a great location. Very friendly staff and the breakfast is excellant. The room and bathroom are on the smaller side but very comfortable."

"Lugar maravilhoso, localização privilegiada. Toda a equipe prestou excelente atendimento.

We stayed two nights and would have stayed longer but they are popular in summer. We chose a hot tub session which requires a multi hour setup and additional charge. The location is remote and necessitates a car. "
