"The hotel is in a great location with everything in walking distance. The late check in was easy with our instructions posted on the door and a phone number to call first. We used WhatsApp. The room was clean and the size of a small apartment. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking garage was a three minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again."
"The location of the property is great - close walk to the centre of Ortigia and a sea view. Don't be fooled by the photos - the terrace is not connected to any of the rooms and is accessed via the rooftop. Rooms with sea view have a small window only. Decor is very dated and fixtures are old but beds are clean and comfortable. There is an elevator.
Breakfast is ok compared to what we had at other hotels. continental only. Would not pay for it if it wasn't included.

Also disappointed with the lack of glasses or coffee laking facilities, other than that, the property is excellent, first class restaurant and you can buy their products (jams/marmalade etc) directly from reception."
