"Friendly staff, but the room is quite small for 2 double beds"

"Everything was absolutely perfect. The whole place felt like it was brand new and the owners were very friendly and helpful "

"We had a wonderful time at Landrani Lodge! The entire staff were incredibly friendly, and our driver, Edmore, was always very friendly and helpful when picking us up and showing us the ropes at the lodge. It’s absolutely brilliant that you can actually spot all the animals roaming freely there. Unfortunately, we could only stay for two days, though we would have much preferred to stay longer. If you enjoy barbecuing, this is the best spot you could ask for! A kitchen that, with a simple flick...

"Great stay"

"We had a lovely stay. The Location was amazing and the attention to detail within the property was on point. We had a nice meal in evening with some amazing Wagyu steak, which was amazing. Breakfast also didn’t disappoint. Will definitely stay again!"

"I’m sure the property is beautiful but I searched Prince Albert, Sask in Canada and booked Prince Albert, South Africa. The owner never got back to me and I can’t get a hold of Expedia. So, I’m out $300. I will never use Expedia again. PS. I know this was my fault but I feel I was misled by the Expedia website."

"Very efficient check-in, well kept unit. We were able to do our laundry on premises, and the location was convenient to do some shopping downtown!"

"Schöne Blockhütte, aber sehr kalt in der Nacht! (Winter). "

"Lange Anfahrt auf Gravel Road"

"What a wonderful amazing experience, from first communication getting to our destination to the last day. Serenity in all it's bliss, nature on your doorstep and the cottage has everything you need. Emaculate and so clean, this is a home away from home and we will visit again and again. Thank you to our host Niel."

"I only stayed one night but this place was excellent and I will definitely be back. Super warm and friendly welcome, and excellent communication in advance of arrival. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet, set in a beautiful property. The sherry in the room was a cherry on the top of all this! Thoroughly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area or passing through."

"A hidden gem in Prince Albert. My night at the Swartberg Hotel was a highlight. It blends that Karoo charm with nice modern touches. The rooms are comfortable, the gardens and heritage feel are really special, and the staff were warm and genuinely welcoming. Dinner was excellent, local flavours especially the lamb, relaxed atmosphere, all very Karoo. Perfectly placed for exploring the pass, but also a place you just want to slow down and enjoy. I’d happily recommend it to anyone."

"Excellent facilities and hosting. We were made to feel very welcome. Loved the log burner and comfortable bed."

"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. Only problem and my biggest issue was the beds. Extremely hard and uncomfortable. Not Queen or King bed. Only 2 single beds per room. From all my...

"Eine Unterkunft im Nirgendwo. Der Eigentümer gibt sich viel Mühe dem Gast einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Essen war gut zubereitet, die Tischdeko mit viel Liebe jeden Tag anders gestaltet. Wir kommen wieder"
