"Our stay was nice and the room was clean and just what we needed but our key cards were not working the entire time so any time we needed to go up to our room we had to wait for a staff member to walk us up to the room. They even told us they "fixed" the card at one point and we got all the way up to our room and it didn't work. The staff was nice and even called a taxi for us but the key cards not working was really annoying."

They let us borrow a corkscrew to open wine multiple times. At one point I dropped my phone in the sewer grate outside the hotel when getting out of a taxi and the hotel staff tried to help us get it out, even fashioning a makeshift tool to try to pull it up. "We loved our stay here! Property is clean, staff professional, spoke English well and helped us book a few taxis. We arrived before 1500 for check in but they found us a room without a problem. "The theme and style of the property is very cool and fun! Love the retro elevators with factory closing doors. The staff are all nice and remember you! You have to leave your key at the front desk every time you leave the property but no issues as there is 24hours someone at the front desk. The alleys behind the building can sometimes feel unsafe but if you exit towards Drassanes metro station the area is wide and well lit. "
