"I can’t say enough about this hotel. It was my favourite on our trip. The room was huge, it’s in a great area within walking distance to all the great sites and clean. However, there was a negative. The hotel backs in to Piazza Republicca. This, at first, was a positive however, on some nights there is someone singing in the square. I would normally love this but they sing some nights to 1 am!! It’s impossible to sleep until that is finished. I can understand the singing but it should definitely...
"The Location of this hotel, 2 blocks of the Duomo, and the attentive staff made the stay in Florence very pleasant. Old fashioned keys and comfortable beds made for a great stay. Steps away from the Duomo and a right or left turns out of the building sent you off to other piazzas and attractions."
"Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. But overall disappointed with the hotel. The rooms were very small and dated. Our room had cobwebs up in the corner. Blankets on the bed were weird and more like a curtain than a blanket.
Location was conveniently by the train station and very close to the doume/city center. But I don’t think I’d ever stay there again."
"Clean and quaint, classic hotel. Nice and helpful front desk. Easily accessible from the train station - 5 min walk. Convenient location to historic center. Loads of restaurants, cafes, shopping. Good AC.
Breakfast included was a nice bonus and it had a large selection of virtually all breakfast food. Hotel was quiet but street noisy. They have a place to store luggage.
I was a solo traveler and felt very safe."
"In reference to the hotel, you couldn’t ask for a better location The rooftop bar is beautiful. You have a great view. You can enjoy it the breakfast was great. The rooms are clean. It’s an older building so you’re gonna have to deal with a small bathroom but overall, the facilities is a good place to stay. We really enjoyed our four days there so any one that decides to come to Florence and stay there you will make a good choice . Santa Novela train station. It’s four minute walking distance so...
"Valentina was amazing at helping us check in or any needs we needed during our stay. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop view. We would stay here again on our next trip to Florence."
