Let me be factual:
1. Rude, discourteous receptionist. I was accused of trying to smuggle in a pet from my car. I told receptionist >5x that I don!t have a pet, whereas he said he saw a pet cage in my car. I was then threatend that I will be fined 1500 € if it turns out I brought in a pet.
2. Room #9:
- No towel rack or hook to hang up the wet towels
- thin walls so you overhere whats happening next room
- broken shower sliding door
- the bed sheet is smaller then...
"People came in our apartment without our knowledge had to stay elsewhere because no code was given for lock safe left early because did not feel comfortable and person would not give us 3 nights money back "
