"The staff were extremely helpful but the property is in need of repair. We had to move 2x due ac issues. The flooring around the pool is a tripping hazard like in over half the space. The main mutate golf course looks dilapidated. The pay restaurants are good and reasonable priced. ."

"Besides the property being in the most beautiful location, the staff at the onset are rude and have zero customer experience - they all should work in the kitchen and not interact with guests. Hotel is old and although our room is supposedly updated, it really isn’t - rug was beyond dirty. The food is mediocre. If you have so many downfalls in the hotel, at least have better customer service."

"Staying here was interesting. It’s a huge campground with tons of cabins and campsites. The grounds and beach are beautiful! The pool was nice as well. There’s a small supermarket and restaurant. "Det är ett hotel som med små justeringar kunde få högre betyg. Lite bättre städning, lite trevligare personal och små justeringar i köket. Att inte ha tillgång till kranvatten bara för att kunna sälja dyra dricker till middag är inte acceptabelt. Långa köer till kaffet är också ett minus.
