"The hotel was quite nice and new. We ate at the on-site restaurant and the food was great and fairly priced. Only downside is the surrounding area is kinda run-down (but that’s no fault of the hotel). Even so, we never feel unsafe while walking around."

"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...

"Beautiful room with comfy bed. Decor was very comforting and elegant. Check in was amazing. We arrived a little late by bus and were seen right in to our room. Wonderful location right in the heart of zadar and 30 second walk to the boardwalk for beautiful sunsets. "

"The hotel is a quiet place to stay, with an easy bus stop next the hotel to take you to Zadar. Items to note - the private paid parking also requires a 30 euro deposit for the remote and there is no coffee, coffee pot or kettle in the room if you would like to have coffee in room before going down. "Directions for check-in were not emailed until 10 minutes before the scheduled time, and it was difficult to get in touch with the host. Additionally, there was a beer bottle left in the room and an ant on our bed. However, the room itself was gorgeous, the best part of all was the location, and overall it was a great stay despite the challenging check-in process!"

"This place was amazing. We didnt know what we were getting into until we arrived. Large beach areas, activities, amazing volleyball and football courts. The food was the best I have had at an all inclusive (I am used to Carribean all-inclusives). Lots of fun to be had. Super kid friendly. "

"Beautiful, clean modern apartment in the heart of the old town in Zadar, a 2min walk from Narodni Trg. We loved the two double rooms and the fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ante,our host was extremely helpful and communicative. I only wish we had a longer stay! Would highly recommend."

"One of the cleanest places we ever stayed. Located in a quiet area. No parties around. The pool is open until 9 pm. Could ad smart tv's. Excellent parking. Highly recommend it for a quite family holiday."

"Perfect location as only 6 minutes drive into the centre. The bathroom however is located off one of the bedrooms so this was the only downfall as it meant the couple staying on the sofa bed had to pass through the bedroom to access this. The host was very helpful and kind as was his grandmother and the property otherwise was perfect "
