Stairs all over the property making this property not accessible to individuals with mobility concerns. "

"Well located. All ocean view rooms. Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. There is hotel shuttle service to train station in La spezia. Taxi from La spezia station to hotel is 40 euro. Bus is cheaper but takes very long time. Italian bus!! I definitely recommend this hotel. Very lay back and comfortable place."
