"BUYER BEWARE! My worst hotel experience ever, felt unsafe so we gave up our 2nd night for free cuz we could not handle the smell & broken amenities
The owner Roberto seemed nice when he gave us a ride into town because of the lack of taxis, but then threatened to kick us out when we complained about the neon light flashing in our room all night, broken amenities, & uninhabitable smell in our room. He angrily gaslighted us as if we were being too picky.
DO NOT RENT here unless you like the smell...
"This is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. Located on the woods and near a river. With beautiful Gardens and swimming pool. The staff was very gentle and helpful and the restaurant with and excellent cuisine. We stayed only on night and wish to come back again."
"The only problem with this spot was that we could only stay two nights! What a fantastic place, hard to describe the charm and coziness and stylishness, but suffice it to say I've stayed in fab hotels and resorts all over the world and among small hotels this is as good as or better than any."
"We had initially thought about changing locations to something closer in town but were immediately thankful for continuing to stay here. The staff were amazing and made us feel like we were at home. The dinner was so fresh and felt like a homemade dinner.
Definitely going to have to make it back soon."
"The location was good and the staff helpful. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was okay. Lots of sweets if that’s your pleasure. We had no view but there was an outdoor patio we used."
"Fue un gran descubrimiento,
Excelente lugar muy bonito, gran servicio y actitud.
Volveré, lo recomiendo muchísimo.
Además tienen unos excelentes vinos
