"We had trouble at check- in. The family room we had reservations for that we booked 6 months prior to our arrival was not available. We had to argue to get what we paid for. The property in the end gave us two rooms for my family of four, but I would have liked to our single family room so we were all together. "Good location . Rooms dated in need of refurb . Young girl on reception drinks bar was really pleasant . Reception front desk men were awful . Checked in and received key for door and that’s it . No info on breakfast , paid for safe but didn’t give us key . Tried to get into hotel on the first night and the 2 men on reception were shouting and waving there arms about askin why we were in the hotel as we never had wristbands . We didn’t have them because no one gave them to us . Out of 10 people...

"All staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay; the hotel was simple, but we got everything we needed. There’s a convenience store open till 23:30, so that’s also very nice. A 15- 30-minute walk to the beaches, depending on which one you want. A side note: we asked for an airport transfer service beforehand, and I lost my hat somewhere, so I emailed them before and after my stay, but they don’t seem to be checking their mailbox… so it might be a bit hard for international guests...

"Very nice hotel 5 min walk into albufeira square, bit of a steep hill to get back but not too bad. Staff extremely helpful when I moved from the first hotel I'd booked (it was awful) Room very clean, shower good although I prefer a cubicle it was ok over the narrow bath. Air-conditioning very good. Breakfast continental but good."
