Carpet was extremely dirty in some spots & there was a pervasive odor throughout the room-not certain if smoke or mildew-maybe both. Otherwise, would definitely use this hotel & its wonderful staff."

"Don't be put off by the location or the black decor! Stick with it as the rooms are clean with great showers and a comfy bed. The bar is well stocked and cheap and the evening meal was really great with top service and, again, pretty reasonably priced for the standard. we didn't have breakfast but if dinner was anything to go by it would have been good."

"One of the better Campaniles, although the restaurant was not as good as some others, but quite acceptable. The room had been very well modernised, with a good walk-in shower that had dual shower-heads. I plan to use this hotel again on my next visit, and will stay two nights so that I can spend a day at the nearby Peugeot museum."

"A beautiful historic hotel within easy walking distance of the train station. The staff were very helpful. Even though we were there on a quiet Monday, there was a lot to see in the area. The nearby park was a great place to walk."

"It was in a very untidy area of the the city and the hotel grounds were very untidy. The evening staff was quite helpful but the morning staff looked as though they had just got out of bed , so scruffy and looked like they had slept in their clothes. "Hotel nuovissimo. Ho soggiornato il 14 maggio 2024 e l'hotel ha aperto il 6 maggio. La parte esterna non è ancora terminata, ma le parti comuni e le camere sono perfettamente finite e molto gradevoli. La mia camera non era grandissima ma era molto funzionale con belle finestre molto grandi. Letto molto comodo e bagno molto bello. E' posizionato in centro e a pochi metri dalla stazione raggiungibile a piedi. Grazie alle finestre nuove molto ben insonorizzate il treno quasi non si sente e comunque...

"This is a nice Swiss hotel. The shower is very small by American standards and there is no air conditioning. If it is unusually hot that would be an issue. It is clean and well appointed. I have stayed several times and will do so again. "

"Building overheated so strongly in winter that we were sweating just sitting in the room. Breakfast choices very VERY limited; just breakfast cereal and yoghurts and croissants. However, staff were helpful, location was convenient for us and the room was fairly big"
