Ottima colazione a buffet, molto varia. Grande parcheggio privato a disposizione, nessun problema per parcheggiare. Insomma tutto super!!! Grazie ancora!!"
Ontbijt was minimaal."
"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino.
I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."
"Really nice room and balcony! Only issue was that the double bed was two singles together so there was a gap in between the two which wasn’t the most comfortable"
"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in our room, so we were moved to another room. That one has an ant infestation. The next room we were given smelled like smokers. The only room left was clean but the a/c didn’t not blow cold air at all. Could not sleep because of temperature. Staff at desk was trying to be helpful."
"Hotel carino ben tenuto camere pulite.
"This truly feels like a home away from home.
If you’re looking for a wonderful place where you are genuinely made to feel that you matter, look no further. When visiting Florence, consider staying in Prato it offers a more authentic experience, the hotel is a fraction of the cost, and you have the pleasure of discovering two beautiful cities instead of just one.
The warmth, hospitality, and personal attention at Giardino Hotel made my stay truly memorable. I will absolutely return."
