"Here’s a Hotels.com-style review with a slightly more detailed, balanced tone:
Disappointing stay with major comfort and service issues
Our stay started off on a concerning note, as we were asked at check-in to leave a positive review in exchange for free sauna access. We were required to post the review immediately—before even receiving our room key—which felt misleading and unprofessional.
The room itself was visually nice, and the beds were comfortable. However, the air conditioning did...
"Todo excelente. Hotel boutique. Habitaciones encantadoras, restaurante de muy alto nivel. Desayuno y cena sobresalientes. Personal muy amable y profesional. Un 10."
"We stayed on the ground floor. The hallway and room had moldy smell. We had to open the window to try clearing up the smell, but still didn’t help. The front desk lady during check-in was not friendly at all. She seemed to hate her job, no smile on her face and not interested in answering questions. The bathroom was extremely small. No separate shower, the entire tiny bathroom was the shower space. So had to stand next to the toilet and sink to shower and water splashed over everything on the...
"The room was fine and overall the stay was pleasant. However, the parking situation was very misleading. We booked with “included parking,” only to find out upon arrival that this meant street parking, subject to availability. There were no spaces, so we had to drive around the neighborhood late at night searching for parking. Very frustrating, especially after a long journey. The parking policy should be made much clearer when booking."
"Family run boutique hotel in the old style. Easy walk to main areas, restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful to me, and I was very happy with my attic room."
"Ubicación céntrica.Gran desayuno......No debería adjuntar parking disponible porque es en la calle según disponibilidad aunque el recepcionista nos indicó amablemente donde se podía aparcar sin pagar"
"Cute hotel in the perfect location. Don't expect a hotel with a Vegas vibe as I presume the bad reviews were expecting. This is an old building, with rooms that make you feel that you are sleeping in a small castle. Very nice people, nice breakfast, a small bar with everything on it, and a cool experience. Definitely a good choice. Again, not for the people that want a Vegas experience. "
"Very good place to relax and share a nice bottle of wine with favoure person.
Comfortable bed with large bathroom. Amazing view on nature with amasing sinshine on river Dunabe.
Needs some atention on spa conditions."
