"We loved the central location of this property, right in the thick of things with people bustling by well into the evening - a lovely relaxed vibe. A gelato shop and a bar occupy the ground floor and the view of the cathedral is stunning. Personally, I loved the cathedral bells - they make a very special alarm clock.
The room was full of character and was charming - only some furniture was a bit tired. The kettle didn’t work, the bathroom door handle was loose, some light switches didn’t work...

"First, let's be clear, this is NOT a hotel. It's a set of apartments on the top floor of what can only be described as a tenement building in need of serious maintenance. The common remark "putting lipstick on a pig" summarizes well. We were a small group so I can only speak to the 3 rooms part of our party had as the others were placed in other buildings. Our location was above a restaurant and the reason it's so hard to find, as other reviewers noted, is because there's a menu stand on one...
"This property is an apartment located in the old town of Zadar. The room is clean and convenient to go anywhere in the city of Zadar. But there are some weak points of the property. First there’s no fan in the bathroom. Second the cover is not thick enough . It’s getting cold during the night and there isn’t any extra cover such as a blanket.
This apartment is self check-in. There is no desk or receptionist. You need offer your information to the owner by text message and get the code to enter...
"We stayed at Dunatovi Dvori for 7 nights and had such a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, friendly and attentive.
We were travelling with our baby, and everyone was so accommodating and thoughtful, which made our stay really easy and relaxing. The food was also delicious, and we especially loved our room with the garden, it was beautiful and perfect for us.
The beach right in front of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed having it so...
