"The hotel is okay. The area around it wasn't the best but it's about a 10 minute walk from Padova Station and the city tram, and across the street from the Flix bus pick up point, so extremely convenient. Based on the pictures, some rooms have been updated while others are older. We stayed in one of the older rooms and it was okay. Rooms were clean. There aren't any food options in the area immediately surrounding the hotel, but once you get closer to the train station, there are fast food...

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Donatello. Right away when entering we found friendly helpful staff. Upon entering our room it was apparent it was clean. The location is perfectly located, easy to get anywhere!! Breakfast was delicious always fresh and again staff were always very friendly and polite!"

"Nice staff although additional costs such as use of pool and swim caps weren't explained to us prior, despite having called before arriving and being told the swim pool was included in our price.
Very dated rooms and the hotel lobby is a complete mess with furniture everywhere. Swimming pool was nice but jacuzzi looked out onto a small maintenance area that wasn't very nice to look at."

"Hotel reception staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Enjoyable stay and hotel located on a fairly quiet street just a very short walk away from the beautiful old town area. We loved Vicenza.
Breakfast was nice but a few items (eg milk, butter) had run out nearing what seemed a pressured 10am curfew at which time you could always set your watch by the coffee machine being turned off.
Room and bed very clean and the in-room fridge was appreciated. Air con satisfactory. No tea/coffee...
