"Great staff"

"Perfect stay and will choose this hotel the next time I’m in town. Thank You. "

"Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is perfectly adequate given there is a full-scale war raging. "

"It was excellent time, with good staff service."

"I literally found this flat the day before arrival. Our hosts were two of the finest hosts I have rented from. Very nice apartment. Good design and clean. Perfect for 1-2 people. Metro station and couple large grocery stores within few minutes walk, and nice mini-market across the street, so convenient location and also quiet area. Will definitely stay again next time in Kharkov."

"Please note that Google Maps shows the wrong address of this place. It will take you to Sumska 52 and not 53! These have 7 min walk in between. You need to Google for Vodafone Sumska 53 if you want to find the place. This place will not let you in after 20.00 even if you agree beforehand! They said yes no problem, then it turned out it was a problem when I arrived in the Airport. They do not speak English and do not know how to communicate, not even hotels.com could reach them. So please do not...

"I had a good stay and the location was good."

"They gave away my reserved room. "

"It was blown up you fools!"

"My family of 4 had a comfortable stay at this Apartment. Perfect location to restaurants, Malls. Would stay again. "

"Quiet, clean restful hotel, amazing staff and people just going about their daily lives, making the best of difficult times. Amazing people, amazing city, do peremokha, Slava Ukraini! VISIT KHARKIV wonderful hero city!"

"Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs."

"The location is perfect. It is close to the center, planetarium, museums, Puzata Hata restaurant (10 in walk), subway station. The room and cleanliness are poor. In my room, there was no shampoo provided. I have to go and ask for it. The heat was not working the first day, I have to sleep under two blankets and fully dressed. Although, they fixed it on the second day of my stay. The towels are so used that they are not white anymore because they are old and washed too many times. No tea kettle...

"Very bed!!!"

"Hotel is good but surrounding is not, dark at night, walk to center is 20+ minutes uphill"

"Great location in the very center of Kharkiv, clean and neat."
