The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. "Hotel zial nema ziadne parkovacie miesta (ani len na zastavenie/vylozenie veci z auta),takze kym sme vykladali veci z auta,uz pri nas stala mestska policia a dostali sme pokutu za parkovanie :-/ Taktiez ani vynasanie vsetkej detskej vynavy na tretie poschodie nie je bez vytahu ziadna sranda,ale tak s tym musi asi clovek pocitat pri historickych budovat. Na com by vsak mohol hotel zapracovat je bezbarierovost (s kocikom neprejdete do hotela ani len cez vchodove dvere - musite ist cez restauraciu...
