"I really enjoyed my stay. I was in for a baseball game and the walk to Kauffman only took about 16 minutes. The property appears well maintained. Although towels are a bit on the small side. As I was only one person, it was not an issue. I would definitely recommend Hotel Lotus, especially for a ball game, It is a bit far too commute to downtown Kansas City. Also, the AC was excellent!!! I love a cold room!!!"

"The breakfast closed early on Saturday when it was communicated to close at 10:30. The housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on my door between 8:30 and 10:00. "Stayed with the kids and wife for a sports weekend. Always have a good experience at any Hyatt Place. Staff was great, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were pretty much soundproof. There were many other families with young children and you could not hear them moving about. So definitely a family friendly place to stay. Convenient.
