"Hotel was under construction. Several items in our room didn’t work properly. There was mold in the shower, the lights in one room did not work, the closet door was broken, phones were not able to be charged at night. Parking was not convenient. Would not stay there again."
"Boutique hotel in downtown. Easy access from the train station using the bus. Walkable but hilly area. Very helpful staff. The gentleman at the desk helped me with local transportation to tourist sites and with dining recommendations. Comfortable room with unique design. A two night stay gave me access to local buses as well as the mountain transportation (gondolas, chair lifts, etc). This is a wonderful amenity provided by the city I believe."
"Clean room
Extra storage cabinets around the bed and bathroom make the room really small and cluttered. Sometimes unsafe due to being too close to the bed"
"Really enjoyed our stay, great view from the room, comfortable bed/chairs, large bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would love to return!"
"This is a delightful place to stay in Pontresina. Great location, close to a chairlift and multiple hiking trails. The hotel provides minibus transport from the station, which is a nice perk.
All the staff were charming and super helpful, arranging a taxi to another town for us and a packed lunch for the train. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge choice. Next time we would like to stay more than one night, as...
"We had a short and lovely stay here. The view from our room is absolutely stunning, and the room was clean, newly renovated, with pleasant shower amenities. It was incredibly fun experiencing their vintage lift, but our best experience with Soldanella by far is with the front desk receptionist, who was incredibly kind and helpful and offered us fruits for the following morning since we will be missing our breakfast due to an early check out. It's close to the railway station, but I highly...
"Muy buen hotel para pasar la noche en Sondrio! Gestión muy cercana y familiar, se nota que trabajan con vocación de servicio! Habitación con mucho encanto, con comodidades modernas y magníficas vistas al río. Super céntrico y con párking económico. La única pega, el desayuno un poco pobre. Genial para hacer excursiones de montaña, esquí o subir al bernina express como hicimos nosotros. Por supuesto que volveremos! 😊😊"
"Lovely hotel, beautifully decorated and very well located. We had a wonderful time staying there at the end of the summer and doing activities on the lake"
